A country mouse for Country Mouse

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly time can fly by! I'm telling you, it seems as though I can blink and a week has passed me by. Time has been filled with spring cleaning, school activities, yard work, and yes I have gotten a little sewing done too :cD I wanted to share with everyone what came in the mail yesterday. A while back I signed up on Ellen's blog for the Pay it Forward exchange. Yesterday I found a sweet little package on my front porch, and inside I found....

This beautiful table runner in wonderful warm country colors. It goes perfectly with the rest of the decor in my house!

And this sweet little country mouse! I wish I could figure out how to take a better picture of it, it is absolutely darling!! (and I really want to find a way to use it as the picture with my profile) Ellen used the same fabric you see in the table runner to make her and embroidered the eyes and nose. I love my PIF gifts, I can't thank you enough, Ellen!! Now its my turn...

Well I'm off to get some projects finished so I will hopefully have some more quilty pictures to share next time, as well as make time to work on some gifts for those who decide they would like to participate in the pay it forward exchange. Warm country wishes all!!
